JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference for the citizens of Malung?

The Supervisory Authority is looking for a case officer (temporary, 50%) to strengthen our team and work for a legally secure and safe operation. Here you will play an important role in ensuring that individuals receive the support and supervision they are entitled to.

As a case officer with us, you will work with the review and processing of cases concerning guardianship and administration. You will have a central role in following up and controlling representatives, as well as ensuring that laws and guidelines are followed.

The job responsibilities include, among others:

• Review and processing of cases within guardianship and administration
• Follow-up and control of guardians and administrators
• Communication with authorities, relatives, and other stakeholders
• Administrative work and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in law, economics, or social work, or other relevant education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Experience in administrative work
• Good understanding of the legislation regarding guardianship and administration
• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner

To thrive in the role, you need to be meticulous and structured in your work approach. You are empathetic and attentive in your contact with different stakeholders and have good communication skills, easily expressing yourself both verbally and in writing.
